WE ARE

Best friends, parents, and business partners! We met within the first few weeks of our freshman year at Western Washington University. We lived in the same dorm building on different floors (shoutout Mathes). One day Kevin was in the dorm lounge, teaching a friend to juggle, and the rest is history! The first wedding we shot together was in 2013, when I told Kevin, “I promise I won’t ask again.” So much for that, because we absolutely fell in love with working together and have since photographed over 300 weddings. We got engaged the summer after graduating college, and got married in 2017.

Since then, we’ve grown this business, raised Steve and Dan, our two fur babies, and just had our son Sullivan in September of 2025. We are so grateful to celebrate love for a living!

BREANNA

Hi! I’m Breanna, most people call me B. I got my first camera when I was 14 and started a business two years later! I fell in love with the creativity of portraits and capturing the beauty in the people around me. After shadowing a few wedding photographers in high school, I knew this was what I wanted to do! 16 years later, I am so glad I followed through with this dream! Getting to work with my husband on such love-filled days brings me SO much joy.

When we aren’t working, we are usually just chilling at home with the boys, going on walks, trying out new recipes or cocktails that Kevin comes up with, or hosting friends for a game night. I know the lyrics to most rap and R&B songs from 2004-2009, have a soft spot for an oat milk latte, and have a ton of crafty hobbies that might one day turn into a side hustle ;)

KEVIN

If you would have told me that learning to juggle in 4th grade would eventually score me a wife, I’d call you crazy. I have a knack for researching things to no end, and probably have too many hobbies. I was a barista all through college, which started my caffeine addiction, and I also love cooking, making cocktails, bowling, sim racing, and Monday night video games with the boys! 

My newest favorite hobby has been watching our son grow! Being a dad is pretty neat.

JUDAH

Hey hey! I’m Judah, a Washington local with a love for people, real moments, and being fully present. That’s why wedding photography feels so special to me. I’ve grown up surrounded by these endless green trees and somehow still can’t get enough of them.

My goal is simple. To capture your day as it actually felt, the quiet in-between moments, the laughs you didn’t plan, and the memories you’ll want to relive years from now.

When I’m not behind the camera, you’ll probably find me gaming or building something with my hands (usually model cars). I love creating whether that’s with a camera or a tiny wrench.

Born and raised here, I’ve always been deeply inspired by the landscape that surrounds us. From misty mountain mornings to quiet forest trails, nature has a way of grounding me and shaping how I see the world. Washington isn't just where I grew up--its the heart of my photography. At the same time, I’m a city girl at heart with a love for thoughtful design, a really good meal, and a touch of bougie indulgence that keeps life feeling elevated and inspired

My husband and I eloped back in 2019, and that experience completely shifted how I view love stories. I’ve fallen in love with telling intentional, honest stories among nature, capturing moments that feel both deeply personal and effortlessly beautiful. I lean heavily into candid moments, and my goal is always for your wedding day to feel easy and grounded. 

When I’m not behind the camera, you’ll usually find me making a new playlist, finding new places to travel to, snowboarding in the winter, hiking a new trail, lifting at the gym, or hanging out with my husband and three dogs.

Hi, I’m Maddy! I’m so excited to be a part of Breanna & Kevin’s associate team. I’ve loved photography for as long as I can remember, from having backyard “photoshoots” of my sister as kids to turning this passion into a business in my 20s. Taking photos brings me so much joy! 

Breanna & Kevin have taught me so much over the two summers I’ve worked with them. Their incredible talent and guidance have shaped me into a better photographer, and I can’t wait to bring that experience to you on your special day! 

In my free time, I love traveling to new places, spending time with my two mini dachshunds, Buddy and Charlie, and my fiancé, Blake. 

I would be honored to work with you alongside B+K and capture one of the most meaningful days of your life. I can’t wait to meet you and be there for every moment of your wedding day!

ASSOCIATE FAQ’S

  • Associate photographers are trained by us, and on our team, to shoot weddings under the Breanna Plus Kevin brand. If an associate photographer is booked, they will be the ones with you on the day of your wedding. Breanna + Kevin are the ones to do all of the email communication, timeline writing, photo editing and gallery delivery!

  • Associate photographers allow us to have more availability, and are at a lower price point, but with the training and photo editing style you hope for with booking Breanna + Kevin. Washington wedding weekends are so condensed and fill up quickly, so this was a way for us to celebrate with more of you! We are so excited to see how this team grows, and we’ve loved getting to mentor these photographers!

  • Yes! We have separate portfolios for each associate so you can see if there is a shooting style you’re leaning more towards. We can always make our recommendation, but the choice is yours for lead photographer. Second shooters are not chosen until closer to the event, so you might not know specifically who that is, if you choose two photographers for your day.

  • Yes! We think engagements are a great way to get to know each other before the wedding day, so the same photographer will be with you the whole way!

  • Other than coordinating a meeting time + place for engagement sessions, all email communication is from Breanna + Kevin. We will cc’ the associate for timeline information and family lists before the big day, so they will be in the loop for anything they need to know!

    All photo editing + gallery delivery is done by Breanna + Kevin.
