Fall Wedding at Maplehurst Farm

Hilary + Mitch’s wedding felt like we were showing up to celebrate with friends! For their engagement session, we did a full day trip up to Anacortes, took the ferry over to Friday Harbor, and explored the coast, stopping whenever we saw a photo worthy spot until we ran out of light. On top of that, Breanna met up with Hilary and her girls for a bachelorette shoot in Seattle prior to the big day. When we showed up at the wedding, it was like we were just catching back up, and it made the whole day so comfortable.

We had such a blast wandering around Maplehurst – especially in their breathtaking tree-lined drive. The light was just a dream come true all day long, like an amazing soft box in the sky. These two chose some incredible details for their day – Hilary wore her mom’s veil, Mitch had monogrammed cuff links, and wow, the florals from Edelweiss were out of this world. We are so thankful for the friendship we formed with these two!

Breanna and Kevin are the absolute BEST! They shot both our engagement session and wedding, and we could not have been more happy. Not only did they capture our day perfectly, but they are simply amazing people to work with. They clearly love what they do and are extraordinarily kind and thoughtful. They put us at ease throughout the day, and we really felt like they were celebrating with us. 🙂 Many of our family and friends also commented after the event at how great they were.
